(Референтно решение) Strategic outsourcing of IT services must ultimately lead to a distinct advantage over performing the services in-house. These advantages arise from factors such as quality of services, flexibility, risk management, cost-control. A number of critical success factors in the outsourcing process particularly applicable for middle and enterprise companies with Microsoft based IT infrastructures will be discussed as part of EBS case study presentation. As outsourcing becomes more than simply a way to cut costs, the move to combine or bundle multiple processes and technologies with a strategic outsourcing provider has grown. Six issues worry Bulgarian clients when it comes to outsourcing of IT services for Microsoft based IT infrastructures: - Tidy then outsource: Should we straighten out our technology and processes first, or does outsourcing of IT services obviate this need? - Risk: Is going with one supplier more risky, or less risky? - Control: Does outsourcing of IT services give more control? - Incremental or big bang: Should we grow into bundled outsourcing or can it be done in one deal? - Cost and operational gains: Is there really a big difference in the costs and operational management? - Innovation: Does the maturity of the outsourcing services provider have a big influence on our ability to innovate? Could we speed up the innovation process through strategic outsourcing of IT services or it will draw us back? The EBS case study will present the findings and practical experience of IT services outsourcing provided for Bulgarian companies with Microsoft based IT infrastructures. * To attent this case study presentation, please register at the EBS exhibition desk.
